Sims 4 only shows white screen when trying to launch the game from the ea app.
After installing the new October 22 base game update I have been unable to launch the game from the ea app on my pc. Whenever I click on the sims 4 tab on the ea app to play, my screen will flash black and white before it completely freezes on a white screen. I have already tried all the ways I can think of from removing my mods and cc from the sims 4 files. I have also tried to start the game with a clean file and repairing the game and I still have the same problem. I’m starting to feel very discouraged and frustrated that I won’t be able to finish taking part in the grim reaper challenges before it ends or be able to play the newest expansion pack life and death. If anyone can advise me on what to do or how to fix this problem that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your replies! Vadish 💚
