Sims 4 pack NOT in the queue list and not installing! (with screenshots)

So I bought the Spooky Stuff pack for the Sims 4 IN-GAME in the main menu, finished the order and waited for it to download. I even left the game. It is still not downloaded after three days. I tried updating the game, I tried clicking "Details" on the pack in Origin, but it just took my to my friends list. And in the game it says "Download to Use" when I can't figure out how to download it. Please help.
