sims 4 pack not showing up

hello, so i bought a pack and downloaded it, and in the game it says « restart to complete the download » even tho i did restart it a billion times already, i also tried to reinstall ts4 but still didnt work, i tried to repair it but still nothing so i reinstalled the pack but still didnt work..

What should i do ? also im using the EA app

    @zazouilleuh and of of those is not showing up then?

    shut down EA app completely. If you then reinstall origin using www.dm.origin.com/download (don't worry, don't need to uninstall EA app) and log in on there, does the pack show and launch?

    @zazouilleuh Does deleting the app's cache help?
    - Go to the three lines in the top left corner
    - Click help
    - Click app recovery
    - Click the clear app cache button

    @DeanXeL 

    hi, it still didnt work, like i re-downloaded the pack, and went to ts4, it still said « restart to use » i restarted it and then still nothing, is my restating method wrong ? like isnt restart just « exit the game » ?

    @zazouilleuh should indeed just be exit and reload. You can try fully exiting the ea app in between too (not having it run in the background).

    Another thing you can try is moving your my documents -> electronic arts -> the sims 4 folder to your desktop and checking again

    @DeanXeL hi again haha, so i tried what you said a few times, but unfortunately it still didnt work, i tried to do what you said together but also didnt work, im sorry for bothering you thoo, maybe something is just wrong with my game idk

    If that didn't work either, sorry, but I'd just reinstall the entire game if you're up for it?

    @DeanXeL ok so, i reinstalled it, and didnt work 😫 i retried all the things you said but it still didnt work, maybe my pc is the problem ? i dont really know

    @zazouilleuh what computer are you using? 64-bit?
    The basegame and pack are origin/EA app, right?
    Which pack is it?

    @DeanXeL well my pc is not the problem i think ? i can play minecraft, roblox and all those game without any problems, and yes my base game is from EA app, i bought the toddler pack ? i don’t remember what is it called and a camping kit !
