Sims 4 packages turn into Sims 3 packages

Sims 4 packages turn into Sims 3 packages When ever I download a new CC for Sims 4 the package says "Sims 3 Package" why is this happening, shouldn't they say "Sims 4 package"? and they have a strang...

I did and I did, nothing happened, I even tried downloading a new hair (I think it was hair) just to see what it would come up as, and again it is a sims 3 package. same has happened to Sims Medieval, even all the Cache say Sims3 package, like the simCompositorCache etc. in all sims games.
