Sims 4 Packs Labeled as Unowned

I’ve seen some other users with this same issue but none of their solutions have helped me. I play the Sims 4 exclusively on my PC and have never switched or made multiple accounts. I’ve only ever used the one but when I had to switch from Orgin to EA all my Sims 4 packs were labeled as unowned. I tried clearing my game cache, trying to redownload them through EA, and repairing my game but nothings working. I went to check my order history with this account through EA and it says I haven’t bought any of my game packs but when I check the email I have with this account I can find emails from EA of my order history with multiple packs I’ve bought with this account.

    @Cece568  You'll need to contact EA customer support for help with this issue.  Take screenshots of a couple of the confirmatino emails, with your address showing as well as the order number, and upload those when you submit the help request.

    I would strongly suggest using the live chat option rather than email.  If you don't see it, choose a slightly different category of issue.  Or use the site without signing in first, and see whether you can find a "continue without login" option.  That should offer you a live chat.
