@joxters You could try using Origin instead:
Once your packs download (if they download), you can go back to the EA App. It's fine to have both apps installed on your computer; you just can't run them both at the same time.
Talk about frustrated...Same problem sort of. All my packs are installed but none of the content is in game for 6 extra packs. Furthermore I own the digital deluxe edition of the sims 4 and ever since I paid for EA Play all I am loading is the EA Play version...this has been going on for at least a month now...Any help would be appreciated

@ryeewhiskee Which packs' content is missing? And what game version are you running? Please load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look in the lower-right area, or along the bottom of the screen. Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.

@puzzlezaddictI am not at my computer right now but once I get home I will list the packs and look for the version number.
All I do know is that I am not playing the digital deluxe but rather the ea play version which I think is a lessor version...thanks for answering - Ryeewhiskee3 years agoSeasoned Novice@puzzlezaddict Version # 1.93.129.1030
The missing packs are as follows...Seasons, Realm of magic, Spooky, Werewolves, and Get to work...of course I own the digital deluxe but like I said since I bought EA Play it seems like I am playing the EA play version...there are items missing as well.
Thank you for taking the time to reply!- EA_Solaire3 years ago

Hello @ryeewhiskee,
From your game library in the EA App, if you click The Sims 4 game tile and select the three dots at the upper right of the game tile and select Manage Add-Ons, does all your DLC show as installed there, or does the missing DLC need to be downloaded?
