Sims 4 packs wont load

I recently started using the EA app but all of my packs were from orginally downloaded from origin. I downloaded a new game pack and it never loaded into the game despite being downloaded through EA app. I attempted to clear cache, repair, check CAS demo folders and uninstall with no solution. Now that I have uninstalled the game, none of my packs are available in game play. It says "you already own this pack, you need to restart to complete installation". I've restarted after re-downloading. I need help with the next steps to take to resolve this? TYIA

    @mayseejay  If you have the CAS Demo installed, please see this thread:

    Otherwise, please run searches for two or three of your missing packs.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner.  This is the full list of packs:

    For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 .  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.  Then repeat for one or two more packs.

    Hi i have a question for you! i purchased Get to work yesterday and it says its downloaded and that i already own the pack BUT it isnt showing up in my game so im pretty bummed out... Do you know anything i can do?

    @mariixxsims  Please look at the CAS Demo thread I linked above.  If it doesn't help, please run the search I described for EP01 , which is the folder for Get to Work.
