Sims 4 performance meter for promotions
So my sims are doing all their requirements and goals that lead towards a promotion. They are even in the ideal mood that helps lead towards promotion. But the performance meter will not budge. I pass every work day before the day is over and yet it will not improve or even go down. Send help. What do I do? And how do I fix it?

First - if you use mods move your mods folder to the desktop. Delete localthumbcache.package file from your game folder. Fix the game in Origin.
If you don't use any mods you will need only to fix game in Origin.
There is another matter. After the last patch, the sim will slowly be promoted. I noticed it too. In the past, he needed three or four days to get a promotion - now, sometimes even a week is not enough
