Sims 4 Pets - Error Code 123

i'm having the same problem with my game, as soon as the pack cats and dogs downloaded my game hasn't worked, it keeps popping up with 123 error. its been really upsetting because i have cc and mods in my game and i've had to skim down and dealt almost everything. i don't want to have to play without cc or mods, the game isn't as realistic or fun for me without it. please if someone knows how to help i would really appreciate it.
