Sims 4 Purchase issue

I didn't think my SIMS 4 purchase went through and tried it again, and again. Now I got charged 3x for the same game. I don't understand how to open a chat to  an EA rep to resolve this. All the instructions say to click on open chat and I don't see the button. Is there a phone number to call, or an email to resolve this? I finally had my credit card block the charge, and EA froze my account. Not sure what to do now. Advice?

  • CosmicCookielove  You'll need to contact EA customer support both for the triple charge and to try to unlock your account.  Issuing a chargeback is against EA's TOS, so it's no surprise your account was frozen; this happens all the time.

    I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, choose a slightly different category of issue.  Alternately, open the help site in a private browser window and don't sign in.  Some of the options have a "continue without logging in" button, and those should give you a live chat option.
