[Sims 4] Randomize From Gallery Issue, Gallery issues in general

Question

My Problems are:When trying to make a new save, I cannot randomize from the gallery without getting 1 of 3 Sims: Adam Grey, Candy White, and Jenny Black which I discovered were all from wondercarlotta8's 'Summer Friends... no cc'.Whenever I go to wondercarlotta8's Page, my game fails to respondBrowsing the gallery with the settings: 'All; Most Popular; All ;Packs being ONLY Patio Stuff; No CC, I receive only three things: 'The Double-Knitt Twins' by TheLonnykins, 'Jackard' by cseelig64, and 'Treehouse of Fantasy' by papariuI have: Just updated PC version

did you try clearing your cache files ?

Hi @crinrict,After clearing my cache files, I have not seem much improvement. The randomize from gallery is now only going to 'Xavier Ortiz' by Arlyn12

Are you using custom content in your game ?

I need to try if I can duplicate this. Bit busy atm but I'll try on the weekend.

I am not using custom contentWindows 7with only Patio Stuff
