[Sims 4] Randomize From Gallery Issue, Gallery issues in general

My Problems are: When trying to make a new save, I cannot randomize from the gallery without getting 1 of 3 Sims: Adam Grey, Candy White, and Jenny Black which I discovered were all from wondercarl...

Hi @crinrict,

After clearing my cache files, I have not seem much improvement. The randomize from gallery is now only going to 'Xavier Ortiz' by Arlyn12

Are you using custom content in your game ?

I need to try if I can duplicate this. Bit busy atm but I'll try on the weekend.

    I am not using custom content

    Windows 7

    with only Patio Stuff
