JazzJazzelle Did you try restarting your computer? I realize that may sound overly simple, but with only 4 GB RAM installed, your system needs every resource available to the game, which means shutting down any other app or background process that doesn't absolutely need to be running. A restart is the fastest way to do this, with the caveat that it doesn't do anything about apps that start with Windows.
One other major issue is that your C drive is very low on space. So please clear up as much as you can, hopefully at least another 15 GB, and restart again, then try to play. If this doesn't help, let me know how much free storage you have now (open a File Explorer window and click This PC), and we'll go from there.
