Sims 4 refuses to launch.

When starting the game from both steam and EA, the game fails to launch. I get no error message, no pop up, nothing. EA simply closes then opens back up. I've tried multiple fixes including:

• removed all mods
• removed all dlc
• cleared all cache
• removed folder in documents/ea
• uninstalled game
• repaired game
• checked perfmon /rel
• updated graphics driver
• updated cpu driver
• updated windows
