sims 4 screen glitching whenever i open something else

hello! ill be honest im not entirely sure how stuff like this works but ive googled some things and nothing has helped. ive also turned off mods but nothing is working. ( ik the screenshot attached has mods but i tried after turning them off and it still did this :( ).. everything im looking at is so confusing. im really sorry but im not tech savvy at all and have no clue what im doing. how can i fix this?? 😅
