SIMS 4 SEASONS - 135DEC. CCLEANER DOESNT HELP ME!

Hello, i have a big problem with Sims 4 Seasons. Initiation error - 135dec40:90f690cf:000000075:495f32a0. I did everything that is in internet. Yes, i run CCleaner etc. Nothing works. I have a fresh windows 10, what should i download or update? Maybe there is a problem?
