Did you check in your household inventory? If they deleted for some reason within the lot they may have been placed into your "Household Inventory" by the game.
Are you asking where to find sprinklers in build mode? If so, please go to either:
- 'Objects by function' > Activities and Skills > Outdoor Activities
- 'Objects by room' > Outdoors (the little grill icon) > Outdoor Activities (planter icon)
- Search " Sprinkle-O-Matic 2001" (no quotation marks)
