Sims 4 Stuck on blue Loading screen

whenever i try to launch my game it starts up normally but then the blue loading screen freezes! this started after the most recent update and i cannot figure out how to get it to work for the love of me! i had my last exception report looked at by the MCCC team and i deleted what they told me and i repaired my game and restarted my laptop 3 times each and still nothing! im getting frustrated and i really need help! if anyone can help please do! i really miss my sims ;(
