I have a bit of the same issue as well. However I did not buy Cats and Dogs and this is happening to me. Once I took my mods and cc out it worked. After putting them back in and even taking some out, I still get the infinite loading screen. Is this still something EA has to fix or is there something we have to do at this point?
- If your mod folder is what does it you probably have a broken mod so empty all your mods folder and add them back a few at a time until u find the broken mod. Hope this helps! :D
