Sims 4 Stuck on Loading Screen

I just loaded a new family in the Sims 4 and was about to go play but when I placed my household and tried to play it would load and then give me an error message. So I tried moving them to a different lot and it still loaded and gave me an error message. So I tried to play with another household and it didn't same thing! The message told me that I should restart my game so I did TWICE and still got an error messages! So then again I loaded the game and tried to play with my family but now it's been loading for about 4-5 hours and the game won't let me shut it off when after I restarted my computer. If you know what's wrong PLEASE HELP!
