Reading the message the blue screen shows could help us know what's going wrong. You mention it disappears too fast to be able to read it, but Windows saves information about all the problems the system has.

That information is stored in the Event viewer (you can go to Start and use the search tool to find it).

On the left side of the Event viewer, you can take a look to the categories under "Windows logs" and look for an "Error" with the date and time of the last time the blue screen appeared. Once you find it: double click to open it and copy/paste here the information so we can take a look.

Is that error registered in the date and time when you got your blue screen, @BAHARBORA05?

Please, take a look to this article from Microsoft which explains how to fix that error.

If that is not the date and time of your blue screen error and you need help finding the error in the Event viewer, let me know and I will explain myself better 😉

I Did all these things but at the last two solution parts which says change the directory of cmd .... ı wrote the thing that ı have to but my computer gave me that sentence '' 

edit' is not recognized as an internal or external command, openable program or batch file'' so ı cant do this ı am trying for like 1 hour and still it says that

I write this  (     C:\User\Workaround.vbs   )  but it gives this ( sentence is in my language but ıt still means the thing ı wrote ) (ı looked from google)

Ok @BAHARBORA05, you saved the file Workaround.vbs in the folder C:\Users, right?

Then you need to write (  cd C:\Users  ). And in the 7th step, (  cscript workaround.vbs  ).

Sorry but ı still can not do it ıt changes the directory when ı write something diffrent but when ı wrote it for Workaround.vbs it says the same thing also ı really dont know what means cscript workaround.vbs (should ı write that to)

Let's try to find out what's happening. Did you create the file "workaround.vbs" like the article explains? In which folder do you have that file?

I saved it like Workaround.vbs    / ı looked and it says it's in the Users folder . maybe ı am writin the wrong th,ng on cmd?

Oh, ok, then you need to write: (  cd C:\Users\Bahar\Desktop  ) and after that (  cscript Workaround.vbs  ). 🙂
