The video card you have listed will not be sufficient to play Sims 4 properly, if at all. See the requirements below, do not worry about the jargon, a salesperson will be able to decipher all of that. If you are in contact with a salesperson you should specify that you want a machine that has 128MB (or more ideally) of dedicated video memory. They may say that the video hardware uses the main RAM but this is not good enough. The specific phrase "Dedicated video memory" is important.
