Sims 4 The game crashed

Unable to launch: The game has run out of memory.
But my system has 32GB of RAM, so I don't think memory should be the issue. I've removed all the mods and reinstalled the game, but it still crashes immediately after launching.
May I ask what could be causing the problem?
There are no mods or plugins installed at all.

    koaprey​  Sorry for the late reply.  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
