Sims 4 Unable to start.

i have been trying to get back into my game after not playing for a few weeks and now i am getting unable to start: game has run out of memory. [2234712d:0d5ce4eb:000000c8:00000000]
ive been trying every work around i can and nothing is working

  • a small update this is a fresh install of the game
    adding these to help

  • SkyeTheRottie  Please update your graphics driver, which is from 2021.  Go here:

    https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/

    Choose GeForce, RTX 20 series, RTX 2080, Windows 10, and download the Game Ready Driver.  Run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Choose the Custom (not Express) install method, and check the box to perform a clean install.  Restart afterwards and before trying to play.

    If this doesn't help, please try playing with all nonessential peripherals disconnected, everything except for your keyboard and mouse.  Restart after disconnecting them and before trying to play.

    If that doesn't help either, please let me know what antivirus you use.
