I figured out the game and it turned out that it’s not your fault that my computer shuts down after loading the sims 4. I couldn’t figure out how to remove it, so I just decided to edit my message.
@dmitriy_podolny I've merged your new post with your old thread. Please try the suggestions above, and launch Sims 4 through the EA App, not through the Bin folder. Use DirectX 9 for now.
