- @JLM1200 Didn't help at all, I had no mods. I saved very frequently when I played in a bunch of save slots but everything was still deleted. I lost nearly 100 hours of gameplay including a family that was on gen 3.

Are your files there?I already did that, I've been playing sims for years and this isn't the first time my files have gone missing after an update. I can usually find them and recover the data, but this time they are nowhere to be found. The folders don't exist.
