Sims 4 update stuck on preparing
Hi.
I'm on PC. and Ive tried SO many things now.
removed the cache on the app, restarted the computer, EA app online and offline,
Ive tried to cansle the download of the update, and even trie...

The update today was stuck for hours on my wife's computer. I removed MODS file, tried to repair, just says preparing.
Canceled repair, tried to download again in Admin, and download has been preparing for over an hour now.
We are senior computer dummies that need help. Please Someone, what do I have to do to get this to work? Thank You!
I don't really know how to do all the reporting file stuff.

@Salem_Ray Uninstalld the Sims, and started download the game and it stopped again in preparing.
