Sims 4 update stuck on preparing
Hi.
I'm on PC. and Ive tried SO many things now.
removed the cache on the app, restarted the computer, EA app online and offline,
Ive tried to cansle the download of the update, and even trie...

I recently tried to download Sims 4 but it got stuck on preparation at 42%. I went to the EA app settings, went to downloads, scrolled down to two options.
- Update games automatically.
- Enable background downloads.
Enable both of these and your game should start downloading. I thought I would share this with everyone 🙂
