Sims 4 update stuck on preparing
Hi.
I'm on PC. and Ive tried SO many things now.
removed the cache on the app, restarted the computer, EA app online and offline,

The most current update for the sims 4 is not updating, I have seen "Preparing" for the last 30 mins with no progress on the update. Should i uninstall & reinstall the EA app?
