I just got my pc and i am trying to download the sims 4. i got the ea app and now I am tyring to dowload the game but it gets stuck on the preparing screen. i literally don't know what to do. i bought a new computer because origin wasn't working for macs and now i still can't play. havn't been able to for months. i knew there was an issue months ago with it but i thought it had gotten fixed.
