Sims 4 Update
When trying to update my game, it says C:\Users\jer4m\OneDrive\Documents\The Sims 4\Data\Client\thumbnailsdeltabg1.package.eaPatchDiff
Please Help.

Goldfishh16 Please uninstall the game and reinstall it to somewhere that is NOT in Documents. The default location is fine:
C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
as is a custom folder you create yourself, as long as it's not in Documents or Downloads.
The point is that even if you get past this particular error, having the game installed into Documents is going to cause problems sooner or later.
