Sims 4 video card..

Hello,

I think you received that error message because your graphics card isn't on EA's list of supported cards. But it should handle medium settings. I am concerned about your processor, as it only just meets the minimum requirements.

Ah, I see. I did run my system through systemrequirementslab and it gave my video card the okay - so, how do I run it on medium settings? (sorry if that seems dumb)
And, with the processor issue, will I even be able to play TS4? Or is there a way..

    Hello,

    You can set the game to medium settings by going Menu > Options > Graphics > Graphics Quality, and then set it to the medium preset. My worry with your processor was that it only just meets the minimum requirements, so if you're experience poor performance, you may need to turn your graphics down to lower settings.
