In the new world with Get Famous there is never any weather changes. It's always sunny and the forecast might call for clouds if lucky. I've played threw 3 seasons with no rain and yes I checked I have it on.

this issue is usually mod related. Are you using any ?
If so, have you tried removing those ?
A lot of custom content/mods is outdated and needs updating.
Try removing everything and see if it then works. (backup your save first)
If it does, narrow down which one it could be

i have every updated version for all my mods and deleted the ones that are broken still
Did you try an other towns ? Do you have the same issue there ?
There's no snow but it should be raining.
Also does the season matter ?
Also be aware that even updated mods still can cause issues.
other worlds are experiencing weather but im juts now getting a rainstorm 4 seasons in.
Could just be really bad luck.
I've had weeks in the world where the whole week was just sunny but that was just in summer. Not sure what else to advise.
If the weather is working fine otherwise, it's not a general issue.
