Sims 4 white screen glitch after exiting CAS though the "exist button"

I'm having trouble with a white screen glitch, whenever I open the game it doesn't load the opening animation with the sims 4 log and the plumbob so I'm just suck on a white screen. The music dose not play and I can not click on the UI that's supposed to be there so I think that the games just not loading in because the opening animation's not loading in, the only way to exist the game is though task manger. What happened was I click on new game and went to CAS. After a while I needed to go and since I was in a hurry, decided it would take to long to place my half finished sims in a lot so I instead click the "exit game" button with out saving. After a while I came back and found that when I booted up the game all I saw was a white screen. I'm playing on a new windows 11 laptop, I've only have had it for a couple of weeks. I deleted all my saves thinking it would solve the problem so this is a new game with no CC only expansion packs- City Living, For Rent, Dogs and Cats, Seasons, and Growing Together. I've have had this exact same glitch happen on my old laptop, I think I made the same mistake of clicking the "exist button" while first making a sims in CAS. I didn't think much of it at the time since it was an old laptop and I was already planning to upgrade it with a new one, I've never fixed the glitch. I think I've tried everything, I've deleted my saves, I've made sure the games "resolutionheight" and "resolutionwidth" are the same as my laptop's height and width, I've tried to repair the game on the EA app, and I've tried uninstalling the game too. I've google sims 4 white screen glitch, specifically relating to exiting the game using the "exist button" in CAS and it said that existing CAS though the "exist button" can cause a graphical glitch leaving you with a white screen. It then tells you to not existing CAS though the "exist button" to avoid this glitch which doesn't really help because I'm already experiencing this glitch. I'm not in any Sims 4 discussion broads or community or anything like that I just play it in my free time so if there's a super obvious way fixing this or if it's common knowledge not to exit CAS though the "exit button" I'm sorry. I hope this glitch is fixable because that's now 2 laptop I've broken that won't load in the Sims 4.
