Sims 4 White Screen

I haven’t been on sims in a few months and I wanted to get on but it’s not working. I took my mods out and started up the game and it’ll show the loading maxis loading screen but after that it goes to a blank white screen and I can’t do anything. I’ve even taken my entire sims 4 folder for it to make a new one and it still doesn’t work.

@mrfuzzlezz  The next time the game doesn't work, please try playing while your computer is offline.  You can sign into Origin and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before launching the game.  Let me know whether it makes a difference.

@puzzlezaddictI just went to play but I went to add a few things of cc and it didn’t work but when I took them out it works..most of the time. I guess as long as I don’t add anything else I may be fine for now. I also have my WiFi off and it didn’t change anything except for origin wouldn’t load.

@mrfuzzlezz  The custom content might be broken, or there might be something else going on.  (For example, if you happened to have your Sims 4 data on an external drive, the format of that drive might not work well with .package files.)  When trying to play offline, you can sign into Origin first, while still online, then disconnect the internet.  But if it didn't help, it's a moot point.
