Sims 4 why cant i examine my pets?

Question

So basically, I got a vet clinic and all that jazz, but when I greet the patients, I can't go and examine my pets.

All it says when I hover over the examination table is "There are no sick pets on the lot or you have not yet greeted a patient" although I clearly have patients in the clinic and have already greeted them.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, idk.

Ok it's all good. Apparently there were too many people at the check-in booth so I added 3 more and everything worked ok. Thanks for the help though! 🖤

@CoacoNillaIf you have mods/cc in your game, remove all of them to see if the game works better.For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop and start the game.Open your Origin client and go to My Game Library, right-click The Sims 4 and choose Repair.Normally when you greet a pet or its owner "Greet patient", they go to the examination table automatically, this does not happen for you?
