Sims 4 why cant i examine my pets?

So basically, I got a vet clinic and all that jazz, but when I greet the patients, I can't go and examine my pets. All it says when I hover over the examination table is "There are no sick pets on ...

I was having problems with it before and removed ALL of my mods and CC, it's still acting weird as far as not letting me exam my patients

Okay. Please make sure all mods/cc are removed, repair the game, and then start a new save. is the error still there?

    Ok it's all good. Apparently there were too many people at the check-in booth so I added 3 more and everything worked ok. Thanks for the help though! 🖤
