Sims 4 Will Not Install/Download
Hi!
Ever since the switch to EA app, I have not been able to play or install the sims 4. I am able to download all my other games - its NOT a network issue as I have tested this with different connections and different computers as well. It simply will not work.
When I hit download, and choose the location and proceed, it starts by saying "processing" and then I get a little red notification (see attachment) that there is a download error. There is no other information with it.
I have tried a clean install of EA app, I have tried to clean the cache files, I have tried to install both the app and the game on different drives (and devices).
If you have any suggestions, please, let me know!
