Sims 4 Will Not Install/Download

Hi! 

Ever since the switch to EA app, I have not been able to play or install the sims 4. I am able to download all my other games - its NOT a network issue as I have tested this with different connections and different computers as well. It simply will not work. 

When I hit download, and choose the location and proceed, it starts by saying "processing" and then I get a little red notification (see attachment) that there is a download error. There is no other information with it. 

I have tried a clean install of EA app, I have tried to clean the cache files, I have tried to install both the app and the game on different drives (and devices).

If you have any suggestions, please, let me know!

    Hi @PixelatedDreamz 

    It sounds like there may be an issue with your game version on your account- this isn't something we can look into over AHQ as we don't have access to your account details, but live support can review your account information and check your entitlements for The Sims 4 to see what's going on.

    Please contact live support by submitting a help request on the site here, be sure to attach this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so live support has further information to reference.

    Hi i have the same issue like previous person but I don't know how do I can contact live support. I feel really miserable because i have the sims 4 since realised and im worried that i can't play it anymore.

    Nevermind i fixed the problem by installing the sims by epic games, I'm sorry to trouble you
