Sims 4 will only launch from a fresh boot and games are not saving

so first problem is that if I don't open sims 4 as soon as my computer boots up it doesn't open, the launcher opens but not the game, even if I only open sims4 close it and try to open it back up again it will not open unless I restart my computer.  Second problem is that my games are not always saving properly, twice before quitting I saved, then I exited and clicked save and exit there and still when I logged in I had lost several hours of play, I tried to save as the third time and the game crash during the save.

    I also lost my 4 hours of game play last night I saved plus saved on exits but the only saves games there was where mine from from my last play early the day and auto save from early that moring

    Having problems with saving on exit too. The game simply won't save itself. Have to do it manually now. Lost several hours of play.
