If that doesn't or didn't help, the problem mod might be dependent on another mod that's fine by itself, with the problem mod not loading properly unless the other is present. To find this kind of problem:
- Add mods in batches until the game stops working
- Split the last batch and retest until you find the problem mod, or rather one of them
- Remove all mods except for this one
- Add mods in batches again until the game stops working again
- Split that last batch and retest to find the other mod involved
Once you've found the two mods, it should be obvious from their descriptions which one is the resource, and which one is the broken mod that only loads when the resource is present.
