Sims 4 won’t open via EA app or Steam

I don't have option to play Sims 4 via EA app it says i have to install it through Steam to play so i did and it's still says the same thing in EA app and when i try to open Sims via Steam it doesn't open and says i don't have some file.

I’ve tried reinstalling Steam, EA app, Sims, nothing helped.
