sims 4 wont download

hi. i have some problems with downloading the sims 4. at first i couldnt redeem a code of the sims 4, it was saying that that code was already redeemed. so i logged in to my other account and i tried to download it because i had the sims 4 there and i used to play the sims 3 on that acc as well. its still not downloading. i tried to logg in and out several times. its on 0% and im already trying for 2 days. i was thinking about downloading it on my notebook and maybe the problem is my WiFi because its really slow and stuff. could you help me to solve this problem please?&nbsp;

@veroni1612- Check if your firewall or Windows Defender (after some Windows update) didn't start blocking the Origin and game.
