sims 4 wont download

hi. i have some problems with downloading the sims 4. at first i couldnt redeem a code of the sims 4, it was saying that that code was already redeemed. so i logged in to my other account and i tried...

- Check if your firewall or Windows Defender (after some Windows update) didn't start blocking the Origin and game. Turn it off or add the game to the exceptions.

- if you have it turn off Nahimic2, Rivatuner Statistics Server and MSI AfterBurner
- Perform a clean boot of your computer to check that no other programs interfere with Origin.

- Start the Origin as Administrator. Right-click on Origin icon: "Run as Administrator"
- Reset your host's file

- In the last resort uninstall Origin by using Revo (free version) - it will be clean all traces of Origin from your computer
