sims 4 won't install

Tried to install Sims 4 on a HP 2000 Notebook with ADM E-300 APU with radeon HD Grapics 1.30GHz with 4.00 GB memory running Windows 7 Home Premium. I was not able to install Sims 4 on it.

I bought a new PC, ADM A10-5750M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.5 GHz with 6 GB memory. Now I can't install Sims 4 on this PC because the Sims 4 code is saying that it is all ready being use d.

I was told that I can NOT install Sims 4 on the orginal PC because Sims 4 won't  run on a 1.30 GHz proessor.

Is there anyway that I would be able to download the Sims 4 with this code to the new PC?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

  • If you already registered The Sims 4 via Origin, then just downlaod Origin on the new laptop and continue the installation process from there. Make sure you're logged into the same account that you registered the game on on your old laptop.

    I installed it on my old computer with origin and now want it on my new computer. It says it won't accept the installation code. Any ideas?

    @ayr85 Hi,

    Usually when players report this issue, it turns out that they accidently created a new Origin account and are logging into Origin using that one, instead of the one they had originally purchased and redeemed their games with.

    Is there any chance that this could have happened? If so, you might want to try if you can log in to Origin with another email address you had been using at the time.

    If you cannot figure out which one that might be, I'd suggest to get in touch with an EA Game Advisor: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

    This article here describes how: https://help.ea.com/article/welcome-to-the-new-and-improved-ea-help-center#2

    Log in with your Origin account and choose "Origin" as Product, your Platform, and "Account Management" as Topic and describe your issue to see all available contact options.
