RobiinByrd22 How does the Task Manager break? Can you close it and open it again? If so, try killing any EA-related entries, including the EABackgroundService in the background processes list. That may be the reason the EA App won't open again.
Since the clean user folder didn't fix the primary issue, I'd also like to see a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
