jollyemil A dxdiag is a type of system report that lists some hardware and critical drivers, plus errors and a few other interesting details. In your case though, it only says there's nothing obviously wrong with your laptop and that Sims 4 is crashing because it's crashing.

So please remove your saves folder from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and see whether you can play. If this helps, but you want to recover your save files, let me know. And of course tell me if it doesn't help at all.
