sims 4 won't launch through ea app
Hi I am unable to launch my sims 4 game through the EA app. Not sure what is happening.

HI, I've finally been able to launch the app by removing the Sims from the EA folder, could I have some help with restoring all of my saved game data pls?
@RuachSumO You can move your saves to the new Sims 4 folder; it's unlikely that your saves are the reason the game wouldn't load at all. Saves go in the saves folder, naturally, and it would be best to move the individual files, not the entire folder.
You may also want to move over the contents of Tray, which contains files for your saved households and builds. The rest can be discarded, unless you want to keep Screenshots and Recorded Videos. If you have mods or custom content, test those files first to make sure they don't reintroduce the problem.
