Sims 4 won't launch, tried everything
Heya! So I've only recently had this issue. Recently as in, I was playing The Sims 4 earlier this morning, and maybe for the last hour and a half, I haven't even been able to get the game to start up...
NightcallerZ2k18 Please uninstall Razer Synapse, which is crashing and can sometimes conflict with Sims 4. If that doesn't help, uninstall any other Razer apps you have.
Try again to launch the game, and if it still doesn't work, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time of your most attempt to play. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
