Do you have an internet connection? It sounds like your disc may be the issue. Completely uninstall any trace of The Sims 4 using this process:http://208.74.205.233/t5/The-Sims-4/Manually-uninstalling-The-Sims-4/td-p/3447927
And try downloading the game via Origin.
Can you also post a dxdiag? http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/ Blue Screen of Death is never a good thing.
