Sims 4 wont Launch

For about a week now whenever I try to open Sims 4 it flashes between white and black a couple of times then sticks to white then i see my task bar at the bottom and i can switch to other things on my tab but i cant close sims 4 (without signing out of my computer) or get it to launch properly I've tried to a lot i don't know if this has to do with it but i downloaded mc command thingy and i played with it like 2-3 times and i launched the game just fine each time i did have to enable it to work properly i cant remember if was when launched the last time properly that it worked but I've since deleted it from curse forge and a few other mods and it still wont launch. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and I've tried launching it from curse forge, steam, and EA and it still has the same results. I'm not sure what could have caused this i was concerned it could have been a problem with sims because it didn't seem like i downloaded anything right before it happened but then other people run the game fine and it never got fixed for me. if there's any insight at all that would really help thank you.

@Krell14700741  Double-click the C drive in your second screenshot, then open these folders (for a Steam install, anyway):

    Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4\Game\Bin

If your game is installed elsewhere, look there instead, but in any case, the last part of the path will be the same.

And to be clear, you're looking for TS4_x64 , not TS_x64.

@Petalbrook  You appear to have the same issue as the other users who've been helped by the suggestions in post 2.  So please try those.

Please also disable Game Mode and Game bar, both under Windows Settings > Gaming.  Your dxdiag shows that the XBox Gaming Overlay is crashing, and it's unnecessary here.

Thank you a lot for the advice and looking through the first two i realized somethings probably wrong. When i go to settings > display > graphics. sims 4 does not show up is that bad and if so is there a way to fix it so i can access the settings for it so that i can fix this issue? again thank you for the help already.

@Krell14700741  Click Browse and find TS4_x64, then change its settings; that should add it to the list.  Do the same for TS4_Launcher_x64.

I'm having the same issue whenever I try to open Sims 4 it flashes between white and black a couple of times then sticks to white and it appears to be in windowed mode so my task bar is visible at the bottom and I can switch to other things on my tab but the game screen stays white and the game never loads. The only thing that's new is that I've updated the game.

I've tried repairing. I've tried moving my Sims 4 folder out so that a new one generates. I've tried updating my computer. No mods are in the EA folder currently.

Changing the graphics to Power saving is actually what worked. Thank you.

@Petalbrook  Can you change back to high-performance?  (The idea behind the suggestion is to switch back and forth; I don't know exactly why it works, but it apparently does for some people.)  You should be able to play on your discrete GPU, not integrated graphics.

@Krell14700741  You're welcome, and let me know if you need further help.
